Default New User Approval status

Go to Dashboard->WP User ->General
1) Click on ‘Default New User Approval status’ and select option

  • approve – When user register then it status set as approved
  • Deny -When user register then it status set as Denied. When status is Denied then user can not login.
  • Pending -When user register then it status set as Pending. When status is Pending then user can not login until admin change status as approve.
  • Require Email Activation -When user register then it it will send mail to registered user for account activation with link. User can not login until admin change status as approve or user verify account via mail.
    2) Click on ‘Update’ for Save setting

Admin can change user status

Go to Dashboard->WP User ->Users

Admin Can change status by one by one or using bulk action.
